1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device (computer, tablet or phone) to remember information between pages or between visits. This policy also covers similar technologies that store information in your browser, such as local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage).

3. Cookies We Use
3.1. Technical or necessary (no consent required)
These are first-party cookies that make the website work: signing in and remembering your cookie choice. They are exempt from consent under article 22.2 of the Spanish Information Society Services Act (LSSI), because we could not provide the service you ask for without them.
3.2. Analytics (only with your consent)
We use Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to count visits and page views in aggregate and see which parts of the website are used most. We do not use them for advertising: Google signals and ad personalisation are turned off. They are only set if you click “Accept” or turn analytics on in “Settings”.
3.3. Storage in your browser (technical)
Besides cookies, the website stores the following in your browser. It is not sent to third parties and supports features you use:
- cookie_consent (localStorage): a copy of your cookie choice so it applies in every open tab.
- contact-form-data, contact-form-success and auth-redirect-hash (sessionStorage, cleared when you close the tab): keep what you typed in the contact form while you sign in, and bring you back to it.
- budget-first-seen-… (localStorage, only when signed in): marks which quotes in your profile you have already seen.
4. Consent and How to Change It
On your first visit, a notice lets you accept, reject or configure analytics cookies, with options of equal weight. Continuing to browse or scrolling does not count as acceptance: until you choose, analytics cookies are not set.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. If you reject analytics, it is turned off and its cookies are removed from this website.
Your choice is kept for 12 months. After that, or if we change the cookies or purposes described here, we will ask you again.
5. International Transfers
Google may process Google Analytics data in the United States through Google LLC, which participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023). More information in Google's privacy policy and in how Google uses data from sites that use its services.
6. Managing Cookies in Your Browser
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block technical cookies, you will not be able to sign in.
7. Your Rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@visualsama.com, and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). More information in our Privacy Policy.
8. Updates to This Policy
If we change the cookies we use or their purposes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent again where needed.
